Every company that redistributes content, or has another party redistributing content on their behalf, must be certified and ensure that they meet all government and commercial requirements.

Swift Networks maintains strong relationships and transparency to provide protection for itself, and support clients, to any rights management or encryption issues and undergoes regular stringent testing to ensure it is compliant with appropriate regulations.

Movie House Certification
Movie production and distribution companies are extremely conscious of protecting all copy righted material. Swift Networks sits proud with its content solution and the inherited relationship it has with its strategic partners through to the Movie companies. Swift Networks’ enjoy a release window that often immediately follows cinema release and this ability to offer near new release titles is achieved through its compliance with all redistribution requirements.

Pay TV Certification
Swift Networks is fully conversant with the requirements of the Australian PAY TV Broadcasting groups with regards to the redistribution of content that typically requires encryption. Importantly, the rigour and vigilance of Swift Networks was recognised by being the first company to be certified by Foxtel to redistribute its content over IP Media.

Access & User Profiling

Swift Networks’ DES is profile based with many customers choosing to adopt profiles such VIP and standard guests or alternatively employees and contractors. Each profile can have a separate billing model, service access or a combination of both. Additionally in the event the solution is tied to a CCTV or other legacy system it means that a supervisor or person with elevated position can walk into any room, use their card, and instantly their profile with appropriate access is delivered to the screen for their immediate use.

Acceptable Usage and Disclaimers

Swift Networks’ DES can provide compliance checks for individual due diligence requirements requiring users to acknowledge acceptable usage guidelines and the understanding of a disclaimer. Swift Networks can include this at system start-up or even on a per service basis and is recorded to confirm user acknowledged to meet any corporate requirements.
