Swift Networks’ DES affords the flexibility to apply numerous and variable charging models for users. Each of the services can be managed to offer either a “user-pay” or “free to use”, or any combination between, to consumers. The variable access levels also afford variable billing models to be applied to each user profile.

Reporting systems enable customers to track and monitor their account via the system in their room.

Flexible billing options will accommodate payment by:

• Credit card
• Pre-paid card
• Integration into legacy or property management system

Card Access and Tracking System

Swift Networks’ DES assigns a profile to every user that is fully mobile and can be used throughout the customer network. A Swift Card feature can be integrated using either smart card technology or simple account setup. The Swift Networks digital solution can also integrate with a pre-existing proprietary card system to eliminate costly and inconvenient duplication or replacement.

Alternatively, a card-less option is available for tracking and managing end users on the DES. It allows users to have access to all entitled DES services (with password authentication) and also allows for specific users (e.g. security personnel) to have additional network features that require higher authority access.

The system can be set up to provide basic access without the Swift Card to limited services such as Pay and FTA TV, and emergency dial-out telephone calls. (eg. 000 or Internal Emergency Services). The Swift Card also allows for a variety of purposes such as age authentication and internet tracking.
