Our field technicians are trained for working at heights and within industrial environments including mines, processing plants and underground. We install, test and maintain external radio system components such as antennas, surge arrestors and feeder cables. Our fleet of service vehicles are fully equipped with the tools and parts to complete your installation or maintenance needs.

We also have a fully equipped vehicle installation bay at Astib’s Osborne Park Support Centre. Our technicians follow rigorous installation standards that exceed Australian requirements to ensure safe operation and optimum equipment performance. Alternatively, our mobile service fleet can install radio equipment into vehicles at your premises.

Servicing

Memo Communications' Osborne Park Repair Centre is fully accredited for the repair of Motorola communications equipment, including FM (Factory Mutual) certified radios used on sites with intrinsic safety requirements. The Repair Centre is equipped with a complete range of test equipment for diagnosing, repairing and testing radio and related systems.

Quality accredited repair and equipment tracking procedures ensure that your equipment is dealt with quickly and to your satisfaction.

Your radio system is a vital resource for the efficient and safe operation of your business and plant. Unexpected failures in radio system infrastructure such as repeater and data links, can be costly and threaten the safety of staff and equipment.

Memo Communications offers on-site maintenance services to ensure that your equipment operates reliably and to specification. If a breakdown occurs, Memo technicians are available for 24 x 7 callout for fastest possible response and repair.

• Expert assistance in planning and designing system upgrades and enhancements.

Maintenance Agreements are available that provide periodic servicing, on-site and workshop repairs, parts and labour for a fixed monthly fee.

Our roving teams of technicians travel to remote and metropolitan sites to conduct routine and scheduled maintenance on your valuable two-way or network equipment, preventing equipment failure.
