Senior Accounts Officer- Leading Communications Company

The Astib Group specialises in digital as well as analogue radio technology and delivers a range of tailored communication solutions for many different industries, including the mining, industrial, government and commercial sectors. With the addition of a digital entertainment division, the Astib Group is now one of the most complete communication network organisations in the Asia Pacific region.
Due to dynamic growth we currently require an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team in Applecross.
You will be responsible for:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Maintaining Network Services Contracts
- End of month processing, reconciliations and reporting
- Liaising with external and internal clients
- General Office and Administration duties
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role and be working towards a qualification in accounting or similar
- Good organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- A team oriented approach while being able to work autonomously
- A cheerful friendly manner with a good sense of humour
- Well developed communication skills
Experience with MYOB EXO Business software would be desirable but not essential.

Due to dynamic growth we currently require an experienced Systems Technician to join our team in Darwin.
You will be based at Winnellie and responsible for:
- Installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of various communications equipment.
- Servicing of Defence, Mining, Marine & other Off Shore/ Remote installations.
Scope of Work Install, Field Service & Bench repairs:
- HF, VHF and UHF radio systems; including analogue, digital and trunk
- Microwave links
- Satellite communications
- Wireless networks
- PA/CCTV Systems
- Radar/Gyro Compass Systems
- NT Field Service with potential Interstate & Off Shore works
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A trade, Diploma, Certificate or Degree in RF communications & electronics
- Police Clearance & Ability to Hold a Defence Clearance
- Australian Residency
- Undertake a Medical clearance (for site duties)
- Team orientated attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Intelligent common sense approach to projects
Ideally you will have:
- A Defence & or Marine Electronics background
- Experience with radio/satellite communications & Off Shore platform systems
- Experience with ACPB would be highly regarded

You will be involved in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, programming and repair of the following systems:
- Motorola Tetra digital trunk systems.
- Motorola P25 digital trunk systems.
- Analogue Smartnet, MPT1327 and LPT trunk systems.
- Various UHF and VHF conventional repeater networks.
- Motorola Canopy wireless networks.
- Microwave links.
- Satellite systems.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Astib specialises in digital as well as analogue radio technology and delivers a range of tailored communication solutions for many different industries, including the mining, industrial, government and commercial sectors. With the addition of a digital entertainment division, the Astib Group is now one of the most complete communication network organisations in the Asia Pacific region.
Due to dynamic growth we currently require an experienced Storeperson to join our Logistics team in Osborne Park.
You would be responsible for:
- Receipt and Dispatch of Goods
- Preparation of product ready for dispatch
- Assisting with Stocktakes
- Assist with the operation of the stores dept in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide customer service support to both internal and external clients
- Accurate documentation of stock movement records
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a storeperson within a warehouse environment
- Forklift Licence
You should also be:
- Computer Literate
- Capable of undertaking manual handling tasks
Experience with Telecommunications and Electronic products would be an advantage.
