As a support to all companies in the Astib Group, the group employs a team of highly experienced and degree qualified Engineers, who are responsible for understanding individual client requirements and developing tailor made communications solutions to meet those needs. With a consultative approach, our Engineers are engaged throughout the communications project life-cycle, from the initial briefing workshops, through to the system design and final delivery.

Our team has a wealth of experience in providing traditional engineering designs for RF solutions such as P25, Tetra, Analogue, Microwave, Satellite and Wireless Mesh systems. As many communication systems are now IP based and require specialist technical skills to install, we have ensured that the appropriate certifications are held within the group.

All of our Project Managers (PM) are certified with the Prince2 Practitioner qualification and work closely with our clients to develop a detailed scope of works before any project commences. This provides a comprehensive frame work that minimises risks and ensures successful completion of individual projects.

The Astib Group has a team of qualified Draftsmen and dedicated QA and HSE personnel who provide valuable services in maintaining continuity and promoting a smooth transition during the implementation of new communication projects.
